These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

3.1. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. The Site sends its users emails with the content as follows:

2) message on confirming your application on Site for order,
3) message on restoration of your login and/or password on Site,
4) promotional massages, including our news, actions and special proposals, in case you are subscribed to our mailings.

Certain links in this Website will lead to Websites which are not under the control of Laura.am. When any of these links are activated you will leave the website Laura.am. These Terms and Conditions shall not apply to those websites that you have transferred by using those links.


5. Returning and changing of ordered products

5.1. You purchased product may be returned and the firther actions regulated according to the conditions as follows:

5.2. If your purchase has not undergone any quality characteristics, so the product form can be returned to the Company address within 14 days with presenting of the product and cash register check.

5.4. If you want to change the product not due to its quality characteristics, so the product in an undamaged form can be returned to the Company address within 14 days with presenting of the product and cash register check.


6. Website liability

6.1. Your order placed at Site represents your offer to the Company to purchase a product by means of its delivery. This offer may be accepted by the Company when you receive on your Site from the Company reply email that confirms your order with specification of its all details. That email is a contract between you and the Website. 

6.2. The products consider as your property from the moment of their purchase and delivery to you, and will be at your disposal. 

6.3. The Company will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
